Authorities of Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH) have received the Polymar Chain Reaction (PCR) machines for the detection of coronavirus (COVID-19) and other infectious diseases on Monday afternoon. The machines will be installed at the Microbiology department of the college.
CMCH Director Brigadier General SM Humayun Kabir said PCR Machines and 1,000 Corona Virus Detection Kits have arrived at the hospital. The installation of the machine will start Tuesday. He added the room where the machine will be installed is ready as per the design of the Ministry of Health.
