Pathao has expanded its parcel service with new delivery options designed to give customers greater flexibility over speed, convenience and cost.
The expanded service moves beyond a single delivery model, allowing customers to choose options based on urgency, location and budget.
The new options include Instant, offering pickup in around 10 minutes and delivery within one hour for urgent intra-city parcels; 4-Hour, providing intra-city delivery within four hours; Same-Day, offering same-day delivery for non-urgent intra-city parcels; Anywhere, providing nationwide delivery within 1–3 days with pickup from the customer's location; and Hub Drop, an economical option that allows customers to drop off parcels at a nearby Pathao Hub for nationwide delivery within 1–3 days.
Initially, the Instant, 4-Hour and Same-Day options will be available for intra-city deliveries in selected locations, while Anywhere and Hub Drop will support nationwide shipping.
Fahim Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer of Pathao, said, "Customers do not always need the fastest delivery — they need the right delivery option for the occasion. Whether it is an urgent document that must arrive within an hour, a gift that can be delivered later in the day, or an affordable package sent across the country, we are giving customers the freedom to choose."
"This marks an important evolution of Pathao Parcel from a single express service to a comprehensive logistics platform built around customer needs," he said.
Pathao said the launch reflects changing consumer behaviour, as individuals and small businesses increasingly seek delivery options that balance speed, cost and convenience.
By introducing multiple service levels, the company aims to make parcel delivery more accessible while improving logistics operations and delivery efficiency.
The addition of Hub Drop also offers customers a lower-cost alternative by allowing them to drop off parcels at designated Pathao Hubs for nationwide shipping.
The new delivery options are available through the latest version of the Pathao app. Customers can click on the Parcel tile to compare delivery timelines and pricing before confirming their shipment.
Pathao said it continues to invest in technology and logistics infrastructure to simplify everyday services for users while supporting businesses and entrepreneurs with delivery solutions.
