Directed Gias Uddin Selim’s upcoming film titled ‘Paap Punno’ to be released more than 100 international cinemas simultaneously on May 20 and in hundreds of theaters in Bangladesh as well as the United States and Canada. The news was confirmed by its international distributor Sapna Scarecrow.
Before ‘Paap Punno’ several movies of Bangladesh have been released in the international arena. However, they have never been released together. In that case the new milestone is ‘Paap Punno’. Earlier, ‘Unoponchash Batash’ was released simultaneously in a maximum of 16 international theaters.
Regarding the context Md Oliullah Sajib, president of Swapno Scarecrow said: ‘We are touching the milestone of releasing Bangladeshi movies in 100 theaters simultaneously. Earlier this year, we announced that every movie we released in 2022 would be released simultaneously in more than 100 North American theaters. It is finally starting with directed Gias Uddin Selim’s upcoming film titled ‘Paap Punno’. From now on, almost all Bangladeshi viewers living in North America will be able to go to the AMC, REGAL, CINEMARK or CINEPLEX theaters next to them and enjoy the country's movies. ”
The film ‘Paap Punno’ is produced under Impress Telefilm. Impress and Swapno recently signed an agreement to release the movie in North America. Impress Telefilm was represented by Ibn Hassan Khan, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Saikat Salahuddin, Chief Executive of ' Swapno Scarecrow Bangladesh'.
Chanchal Chowdhury, Siam Ahmed, Afsana Mimi, Shahnaz Sumi and many others have acted in the film ‘Paap Punno’. Few days ago the poster of the film was released and got a huge response from the audience. It is learnt that the teaser and song of the film will be released soon.
