The open market sale (OMS) for rice at Taka 10 per kg has begun for the poor at eight points of Panchagarh district, reports BSS.
Sadar upazila Chairman Amirul Islam inaugurated the programme at Panchagarh bazer yesterday. District food office sources said 30 tonns of rice would be sold on three days in a week through eight dealers.
