Police introduced a unique ‘one-way’ entrance in entering the kitchen market. The system for the time being was introduced at Jhenaidah town kitchen market and Natun Hatkhola on Tuesday. Selling and buying market should be shut within the specific time.
Superintendent of Police (SP) of Jhenaidah Mohammad Hasanuzzaman said considering the havoc of novel corona virus, they has set up check posts on both sides of the road s that the buyers could enter in to the market safely form a side, while to exit through the other part. It will ensure social distance of the people engaged in selling and buying the essential commodities in the market everyday.
The police man said law enforcers will remain present and monitor that the buyers could leave the market within 20 to 30 minutes after completing their purchase. Maximum two buyers might attend at any shop for purchasing purposes. Additional SP of Jhenidah Sadar circle Abul Bashar and Jhenidah Sadar police station officer in charge Mijanur Rahman among others remain present.
