Twenty-seven more people were diagnosed with COVID-19 positive in the last 24 hours in Natore district after testing 160 samples, reports BSS.
The infection rate is about 16.87 percent in the district, civil surgeon of the district Dr Kazi Mizanur Rahman said.
Meanwhile, one person has died with coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, he said. According to the civil surgeon office sources, samples of 29,773 people have been tested in the district so far and 8,108 people have been found COVID-19 positive, while the number of recovery cases at 7,015.
