Celebrity singer Akhi Alamgir is busy these days with stage shows and spending less time recording new music. But lately everyone is doing fewer stage shows. Even so, Akhi regularly takes part in stage shows.
Akhi has just announced that she is releasing new music. She has already completed recording two songs.
One of the songs is ‘Tonni Tonuka’. Lyrics for the song was written by Mazharul Anowar and composed by Alauddin Ali. The song was previously written by Tanvir Shaheen.
Akhi has made a new cover version of the song because she really loved the original. She also recorded another song which was composed by Akash Sen.
Akhi said, ‘I am very happy now in terms of music. Stage season is here so I am ery busy these days. I have been doing stage shows for the last two decades. I also recorded two new songs as well.
One is a cover and the other is an original song. I hope the audience will enjoy it as well.’ Akhi last released song is ‘Laila’. She received critical acclaim for the song ‘Golpo Kothar Ei Kolpolok’. It was composed by Runa Laila and written by Gazi Mazharul Anowar for Alamgir’s film ‘Ekti Cinemar Golpo’.
