Mosarat Jahan Munia died on April 26 in a flat in gulshan. Shortly after her death, her elder sister Nusrat Tania filed a case with Gulshan police station alleging incitement to suicide.
The police have been investigating into the murder for the last two months. However, Nusrat is not satisfied with the investigation and has been threatening the police, according to various sources.
Nusrat has been speaking against the police openly. She has said in multiple talk shows that the police are not investigating the case properly. She has also complained that the police have questioned her regarding her personal affairs. According to law enforcement agencies, Nusrat has failed to answer many questions that are crucial to the investigation.
Sources have said that, Nusrat wanted to use the case for her own interests, but failing to do so, she is now trying to put pressure on law enforcement agencies.
Nusrat filed a case of incitement to suicide after Munia’s death but now she is claiming that the police gave her direction on whether it should be a case of incitement to suicide or a case of murder.
Failing to achieve her goals Nusrat is now resorting to different tactics and putting pressure on the police, according to responsible sources.
