SM Nuruzzaman, former deputy inspector general (DIG) of police in Dhaka range, and Md Abdul Mannan Elias, additional secretary of cultural affairs ministry, were elected as president and general secretary of the BCS-86 Forum. The election was held at a meeting of the forum at the Officers’ Club in Dhaka on December 5. The 51-member committee was formed at the meeting. The reunion of the forum will be held on December 30.
