Chairman of Northern University Bangladesh Trust Prof Dr. Abu Yusuf Md. Abdullah has continued to distribute relief among the poor and helpless people in different upazilas of Satkhira district.
On Wednesday a delegation comprising Debhata Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sajia Afrin and including local UP Chairman, members and AL leaders on behalf of the NUB Chairman distributed relief in various unions of Debhata Upazila.
Professor Dr. Abu Yousuf Md. Abdullah said in a message, "I have been working from the beginning of the corona crisis to deal with the situation, and such relief distribution will continue in the future as well”.
It is to be noted that on last, 1, 2 and 3 April rice, pulses, potatoes and oil were distributed among nearly 10,000 poor and helpless families of Debhata, Asasuni and Kaliganj Upazilas of Satkhira by the NUB Chairman.
