A seminar on "Huntsman Chemical Innovation Day" was organized by Department of Textile Engineering, Northern University Bangladesh (NUB). On 1 September, 2019 at Bangladesh Institute of International Higher Studies (BIIS).
BIIS Professor Dr Abu Yousuf Md Abdullah, chairman, NUB Trust was present as the chief guest at the programme. Professor Dr Engineer Md Humaun Kabir, Pro vice-chancellor (VC) (d), Professor Dr Musharraf M Hussain, treasurer (d) and Professor Dr Kazi Shahdat Kabir, registrar-in-charge were present there as special guests. The keynote speaker of the seminar was Engineer Hafizur Rahman Nixon, chief operating officer, Swiss Color Bangladesh. The VC of NUB, Professor Dr Anwar Hossain chaired the programme.
