The Marketing and International Business Club (MIBC) at North South University has unveiled INNOVADE 2026, the country’s inaugural international business case competition dedicated to undergraduate students. The event is designed to push boundaries by immersing participants in real-world global business challenges, fostering strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and leadership on an international scale. Bangladesh Post, Print & Digital Media partner of INNOVADE 2026, will bring coverage of this pioneering competition to its readers.

Smart Technologies Presents INNOVADE 2026, driven by Yamaha, co-sponsored by Polar Ice Cream, and powered by Novoair, is now open for registration with no entry fee. Interested undergraduate students from any discipline have until 5 February 2026 to form teams and register. Teams must consist of two to four members, and this first edition notably allows cross-university collaboration, enabling students from different institutions across Bangladesh to team up and bring diverse perspectives to the competition.

The competition unfolds across three progressive rounds. It begins with TradeForge, an online round where teams analyse real-world international business cases and submit data-driven strategic solutions. Shortlisted teams advance to StrategyCraft, the semi-final stage, in which they design and present policy-oriented strategies through professional posters addressing global business and regulatory issues. The event culminates in GlobalPitch, the grand finale, where finalists deliver compelling live presentations and defend their innovative global strategies before a panel of industry experts.

Top-performing teams will receive national recognition for excellence in international business strategy and problem-solving, along with a share of a substantial prize pool worth BDT 300,000. Organisers anticipate that INNOVADE 2026 will serve as a dynamic platform for meaningful collaboration, the exchange of cutting-edge global business ideas, and the strengthening of case-based academic excellence in Bangladesh.

By connecting academic learning with practical international business realities, the competition aims to equip the next generation of leaders to thrive in a rapidly interconnected global economy.
