Noakhali Science and Technology University Teachers Association (NSTUTA) decided to donate their one day salary for solving the mess rent crisis of the non residential students of the university during Corona pandemic condition and for the treatment of an NSTU student named Saif Uddin fighting with complex kidney disease.
NSTUTA informed about the decision through a notice signed by NSTUTA president, Professor Dr. Newaz Mohammed Bahadur and General Secretary Maznur Rahman on Wednesday.
NSTUTA issued notice said, "We have learned about the mess rent crisis of the non residential students of the university during Corona pandemic condition. We also learned about the financial crisis regarding the treatment of Saif uddin”.
“So, we decided to donate our day salary of a day, to help them in solving both crisis. The total amount will be spent equally for solving both crisis. The amount will be deducted equally from the payable salary of the next two months” the notice added.
