The teachers and officials of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) have protested against the defamatory remarks about NSTU current V C Professor Dr Didar Ul Alam made by NSTU former VC Professor Dr M Wahiduzzaman on a television talk-show and on Facebook.
On 13 July,at night, the teachers association, the officers association, the blue panel of NSTU teachers have informed their protest by notices.
Besides, NSTU VC Professor Dr Didar Ul Alam clarified his statement by a notice signed by NSTU Public Relations Officer Iftekhar Hossain.
In the notices, they told, NSTU former VC M Wahiduzzaman has recently claimed on a talk show of a television that the appointment of NSTU current VC Professor Dr Didar Ul Alam was given in a wrong process.
and also made offensive comments on Facebook post by using picture of current VC of NSTU. These claims of M Wahiduzzaman are incorrect and this has tarnished the reputation of the NSTU VC and NSTU.
They strongly condemn and protest against the defamatory remarks about NSTU VC and urged M Wahiduzzaman to apologize to the nation by withdrawing his defamatory statements about NSTU VC.
