NRB Commercial Bank Limited started Shariah based Islamic Banking Window`Al Amin’ alongside conventional Banking services. Religious affairs state minister Alhaj Advocate Sheikh Md. Abdullah inaugurated Islamic Banking Window services as Chief Guest at its head office on Monday.
The state minister said, now-a-day’s Islamic Banking has played an important role in the economy. He hoped, NRBC Bank Islamic Banking Window ` Al Amin’ shall provide state- of-the-art Banking services.
NRBC Islamic Banking Window `Al Amin’ will provides its services in Principal Branch , Gulshan Branch, Rajshahi Branch, O R Nijam Road Branch, Chattogram, Barishal Branch, Khulna Branch, Rangpur Branch and Sylhet Branch. Honorable Chairman of Shariah Supervisory Committee of NRBC Islamic Banking Window` Al Amin’ Mr. M Azizul Huq attended the program. Also Honorable Member of the Parliament MP ,Shareholder of NRBC Bank & Member of Shariah Supervisory Committee of NRBC Islamic Banking Window` Al Amin’ Mrs. Salina Islam attended the program. Professor Syed Shajan, Mr. Chowdhury Fazle Imam, (Rtd.) Air Chief Marshal Mr. Abu Esrar, BBP, NDC, ACSC attended the ceremony as Guest of Honor.
