The half yearly Business Conference-2020of NRB Commercial Bank ltd.was held on Tuesday.
Chairman of the Bank S M ParvezTamalattended the program through video conference as Chief Guest while the Chairman of Executive Committee Mohammed Adnan Imam FCCA,the Chairman of Audit Committee Rafikul Islam Arzoo, Chairman of Risk Management Committee Abu Mohammad SaidurRahman, Directors Mohammed OliurRahman, Abu BakrChowdhury,LoquitUllah,Mohammed Nazim,NuranNabi, Mohammed Manzurul Islam,AKMMostafizurRahman,Alternate Director Dr. KutubUddin also attended the video conference.
The Managing Director & CEO Md. MukhterHossain presided over the conference while Additional Managing Director Kazi Md. Talha, Deputy Managing Director Md. Rabiul Islam,Head of the Divisions, Head of the Branchesof the Bank joined on the program through video conference.
Chief Guest ParvezTamal thanked the Bank’s management and officials for being recognized as humanitarian Bank through continuing banking services during the Coronavirus pandemic.
He also urged all Officials and Branch Managers to use technological means for business development and to ensure optimum level of service to the clients. Moreover, he instructed the management to work for achieving the confidence of the people to make NRBC Bank a safe bank for thegeneral mass of the country.
Moreover, previous years half yearly performances of the bank were presented in the conference in order to set business plan and strategy for achieving targets for the year 2020.The Chairman and Managing Director & CEO encouraged the Officials and Branch Managers to be committed to achieve the targets for the next half of the current year.
