NRB Bank Limited has declared 7% cash dividend for the year 2022 at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Thursday at Bank’s Corporate Head Office, Dhaka.
Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. Among others Vice Chairman Golam Kabir & Mohammad Jamil Iqbal, Chairman of the Executive Committee Ali Ahmed, Chairman of the Risk Management committee Khandakar Ruhul Amin, Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Motior Rahman and other members of the Board of Directors & Shareholders, Managing Director & CEO Mamoon Mahmood Shah also attended the meeting.
Some directors & shareholders were present physically while others attended virtually.
