Deputy Minister for Education Barrister Mohibul Hassan Chowdhury Nowfel visited Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) in the port city on Saturday. During the visit, he gifted a fogger machine to the hospital.
CMCH Director Brigadier General SM Humayun Kabir toured various wards of the hospital during the visit of Deputy Minister of Education.
During this time, doctors, nurses, ward boys, lab technologists, medical service recipients in different wards, corona test labs and corona sufferers inquired about the medical system.
Barrister Mohibul Hassan Chowdhury Nowfel said it was commendable that all those involved in healthcare, including doctors, nurses and health technologists, had joined the fight against the invisible virus Corona against the limited resources of the country following the directives of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Doctors are in a unique place in the human heart, risking their own lives to save the lives of others.
He called upon the doctors to provide the best possible service to the patients. Later, he handed over a high-powered fogger machine to CMCH Director.
Principal of Chittagong Medical College Dr. Mohammad Shamim Hasan, Deputy Director of CMCH Dr. Md. Aftabul Islam, Assistant Director Dr. Sajjad Hossain Chowdhury were present during the visit.
