The next hearing of the film ‘Nolok’ will be held on June 10th but the film will be released on Eid. It is being said that if 5th of June is Eid then the film will start screening from that morning across the country. But, after five days, who is the director of ‘Nolok’ in the court?

Judge Utpal Bhattacharya fixed the next day of the hearing on June 10 in the morning. The matter has been confirmed by the court judge. Although the hearing was on Wednesday the entire summons were not present. Rashed Raha, the complainant, was present at the court but, the accused Sakib Sonnet was absent.

Rashed Raha made an accusative case to establish his name as Nolok's film director rather than to prevent the release of the film. Therefore, there is no problem with the movie’s release this Eid.

Sakib Sonnet the Director-Producer of ‘Nolok’ says, “Rashed Raha appealed to the court for the suspension of the release of the film. But the court has not granted it.”

On 29 April, Rashed Raha made an indictment suit under section 42 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The case was filed against Sakib Irteza Chowdhury (Sakib Sonnet), President of the Film Director’s Association, and nine others including the Secretary General.

The hearing was scheduled to be held on Wednesday. According to the rules, Rashed Raha and the defendant Sakib Sonnet appeared on both sides in the court. The court granted a new date as per their request for time.

Rashid Raha was officially introduced as the director during the film’s release. But later, Rashed was accused of not working properly and incurring financial losses. So producer Sakib Sonnet took the responsibility to finish the film. The film's censor certificate was issued under the name of Sakib Sonnet.

Shakib Khan, Bobby, Tariq Anam Khan, Nima Rahman and many others have acted in the film where screenplay and story was written by Ferari Farhad.
