Pitha utshob and a fascinating cultural programme was held to welcome spring at Shilpokola Academy in Noakhali on Friday.
Deputy Commissioner of Noakhali Tonmoy Das inaugurated the programme while his wife Utpola Das, Additional Deputy Commissioner (revenue) Abu Yousuf, Additional Police Super Deepok Jotey Khisha, Freedom Fighter GS Abul Kashem along with others were also present. Teachers of Primary Schools displayed various types of pithas at different stalls during this time.
