We have noticed some elements along terrors have declared war against the country and people, launching arson attacks on public transports and properties and killing people alive.

These activities are nothing but terror ones. The elements led by BNP have failed to gear up their movement for lack of public involvement. They now want to carry on their movement through sabotage. So, they are plotting afresh to create chaos across the country.

BNP has pushed itself further behind by doing the wrong politics.  Country’s most political parties are going for the polls for sake of protecting democracy and Constitution. The elections will obviously be free and fair.

But, over 250 vehicles have been set ablaze since the BNP’s rally in Dhaka broke out in violence on Oct 28, according to the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence.

This takes the tally of vehicles torched from Oct 28 to Dec 6 to 256, according to the fire service. These included 155 buses, 43 trucks, 21 covered vans, eight motorcycles and 23 other vehicles.

They (BNP and Jamaat) have been

sketching a ‘blue print’

since long in a planned way to foil

the country’s next

parliamentary elections at any cost

Apart from cops, a total of 156 platoons of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have been deployed to maintain law and order as an uneasy situation prevails in the country. Along with the BGB platoons, 422 patrol teams of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) were deployed across the country.

Among them, 130 patrol teams were deployed in Dhaka considering increasing arson attacks. The members of different law enforcement agenesis are assigned to ensure the security of long-distance public transport and goods-carrying transport in different parts of the country.

Intelligence teams are also keeping vigil at bus stands, train stations and other important places to prevent violence and sabotage. The elite force is also overseeing the security of buses and goods-carrying vehicles on the long routes during the blockade.

Politics does mean serving people. But instead of serving people BNP-Jamaat is launching petrol bomb attacks in the name of politics.

They (BNP and Jamaat) have been sketching a ‘blue print’ since long in a planned way to foil the country’s next parliamentary elections at any cost. They are out to grab the state power through clandestine alleyways.

It is clear to all that the party wants to establish an unelected government in the country through caretaker government as it does not want elections in the country. But, country’s people know the (BNP) will not get benefit from their movement on caretaker government issue.
