Nitol Motors Ltd, the authorised distributor of Tata Motors has launched Tata LPO 1616 Bus Chassis in Bangladesh on Sunday.
Nitol Niloy group Managing Director Abdul Musabbir Ahmad, Tata Motors Vice President- International Business and Strategy (Commercial Vehicle Business) Anurag Mehrotra along with other officials of both organization inaugurated the new bus chassis through a colorful programme held at a city hotel.

Tata LPO 1616 is powered by a proven and reliable Cummins 5.9L engine, mated to a G-600 gearbox, which produces 160hp of power and 569Nm of torque at 1400rpm. The vehicle comes with a straight frame chassis and insulated front end structure for versatile body building that is suitable for multiple applications. Available in 5700mm wheelbase, the vehicle also comes with a strong Weveller suspension with integral hydraulic power-assisted tilt & telescopic type steering.
