Closeup One star Nishita Barua is popularly known for her different music taste. The singer has won the hearts of the audience through her music. Nishita is regular in films as well as in music.
But this time it's not just music. The singer has become a full on director. She created a video of her song recently. Nishita said she sometimes produces different types of videos. She also worked on editing and color grading of the music video. But this is the first music video which Nishita has directed.
There were talks of her gifting a song to her audience about ‘Mother’ which was to be released on ‘Mother’s Day’. But due to her being busy she didn’t get the time to publish the song in time. This song finally got released on Friday, dedicated to all the mothers of the world.
The song goes about like this, ‘Amar Ek Palate Prithibi Dao, Ek Palate Ma, Tobu Mayer Dame Prithibitao Kinte Chain A, Amar Ma Hoilo Mayer Tulona’.
Nishita says, “My mother means the world to me. So this song, which was sung keeping my mother in mind, was intended to be released on Mother's Day. But if it was released at that time, it had to be done very quickly. For that reason, I took a little extra time to publish the song in a carefully planned manner.
I made the music video myself. But I don't want to do it regularly. If one tries to do multiple things at once then one suffers from identity crisis. I want to give my full attention to music. I want to request all to listen to the song.”
The song has been published on the You Tube channel of ‘Paraner Gaan’. Written and composed by Jahangir Rana and music has been arranged by Jahid Hasan Babu. Meanwhile, another YouTube channel has released Nishita's new song 'Meghla Akash'. Nishita said that Abijit Sarker has arranged the music for the song and given the tune and has been written by Zulfiqar Jahedi.
Meanwhile, the singer recently has returned to the country from UK after doing a stage show there. Nishita will also be attending a stage show in France in late October. She also said that she would take part in some stage shows there.
