Nicholas Trevor Lee named Bangladesh team physio

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has appointed Nicholas Trevor Lee as new head of physical performance unit in the vacant position of Mario Villavarayan, reports agencies.

Nicholas has been appointed as the head of physical performance unit for three years. BCB has appointed him from this year March till 2023 world cup. BCB wants to give additional responsibility to former England first-class cricketer. 

Nicholas will work with other physios on and around the national team. He has been appointed as Head of the physical performance unit.

Earlier BCB has part ways with Mario Villavarayan as he resigned from his position after getting a lucrative contract from Ipl franchise 

Sunrise Hyderbad. Mario will stay with the national team until the end of February.

Nicholas has played first-class cricket till 2010 years and was involved with cricket activities after that.

He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for English county side Sussex.

Earlier Nickolas was appointed as trainer of the Srilanka  national team.
