An NGO official was killed in a road crash at Dohar of Dhaka district on Thursday (August 3). He was killed after a motorcycle collided head-on with an easy bike.
The deceased was identified as KM Arif, 35, son of Akbar Khan of Netrokona district. He was working as SME Officer at Yusufpur branch of Shakti Foundation.
The incident took place at about 10:00 am at Botia upazila regional road of Dohar.
According to locals, Arif’s motorcycle collided head-on with an easy bike while he was moving towards Joypara from Dohar Bazar.
Later, Arif was rushed to the Doha Upazila Health Complex where the on duty doctors declared him dead.
Deputy Inspector (SI) of Doha Police Station Md. Hasan confirmed the matter.
