helio has strengthened its presence in Bangladesh’s smartphone market with the launch of the new helio 47, a feature-packed handset designed to deliver reliable performance at an affordable price. The smartphone is now available in the market at BDT 17,999.
Speaking about the helio 47, Head of Sales Mohammad Abu Sayem said helio has earned a place in the hearts of millions of consumers by offering smartphones suited to the purchasing power and needs of Bangladeshi users. The helio 47, he said, continues that approach by combining performance, durability and a stylish design.
The smartphone runs on the Android 16 operating system, offering users the latest Google features, a user-friendly interface, enhanced customization and faster app performance.
The helio 47 features a 6.67-inch HD+ (720×1600) Punch-Hole 120Hz IPS display. Its high refresh rate enables smoother scrolling and fluid visuals, while the large screen provides an immersive experience for online classes, multimedia consumption and gaming. The matte-finish body adds a premium touch to the handset.
Powered by MediaTek’s 12nm Helio G81 chipset and a 2.0GHz octa-core processor, the device is designed for smooth multitasking, app transitions and gaming. It comes with 6GB of RAM, expandable by up to an additional 6GB through Memory Fusion, along with 128GB of internal storage.
For photography, the helio 47 offers a 50MP dual rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture. An 8MP front camera is provided for selfies and video calls.
A 6,000mAh Li-Polymer battery powers the smartphone, supporting all-day use for work, entertainment and gaming. It also supports 18W fast charging.
