A logtime village rivalry had damaged newly transplanted transplanting Aman (T Aman ) paddy on 45 decimals of land in the bordering village of Moheshpur in Jhenaidah. The affected two brother had witnessed the pitiable condition of their dead saplings in the morning of Tuesday.
Affected farmers Jamal Ali and his brother Sirman Ali of village Sankarhuda under Manderbaria union said they transplanted sapling of Tan on their 45 sdecimals of land a few weeks back.
The sdapllings were growing faster. To wwcaring the plot they appeared on the plot and becoame thudered when each and every saplingh were razed to ground when they were poisoned during the previos night.
They had blamed that their village rivals Titas and Sana Mollah had done the misdeeds due to previous village rivalry. They had primarily estimated the loss for an amount of Taka one lakh.
The duo had informed the matter to local polioce, they said.Moheshpur police staion officer in charge when contacted said they will go for action when some one will file copmplaint in this issue.
