The newly elected central committee of Diploma Engineers Association of the Education Engineering Department (EED) took oath in a ceremony on Thursday.
The oath taking ceremony took place at the conference room of Diploma Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IDEB), Kakrail in the capital.
EED Chief Engineer Engr. Delwar Hossain Mojumder attended the event as chief guest while IDEB General Secretary, Shamsur Rahman attended as special guest. President of EED Diploma Engineers Association, Sirajul Islam presided over the ceremony. Newly elected General Secretary of the EED Diploma Engineers Association Zafar Ali Sikder delivered address of welcome.
While addressing, the chief guest expressed hope that the Diploma Engineers will play important role in implementing the programs development activities of the EED.
The newly elected central committee of the EED, led by Sirajul Islam and Zafar Ali Sikder won overwhelming victory in all the positions in the election of central executive committee for the term of 2023-25.
