The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam is getting a makeover with the introduction of a fresh curriculum. Under the supervision  of UNESCO, the exam format is set to evolve, bringing in a blend of activity-based and written assessments.

Here's the scoop:

Activity meets creativity: In the new system, students will showcase their skills through a mix of assignments, presentations, and more. Half of the evaluation will focus on these engaging activities, sparking creativity and hands-on learning.

Written wonders: The other half of the assessment will be good old-fashioned written exams. But don't worry, these won't be your run-of-the-mill tests. Students will dazzle with creative answers, linking their knowledge to the activities they've explored.

Committee to the rescue: A special committee, led by Mohammad Khaled Rahim, has been hard at work finalizing these exciting changes. They've consulted experts, educators, and even students to craft a curriculum that's both challenging and fun.

No more memorization: Forget about cramming! The new system focuses on understanding and application, not rote memorization. With no marks awarded, students will be assessed on a scale of proficiency, reflecting their true capabilities.

Tech-savvy solutions: To keep track of results, a new app called 'Noipunno' will store assessment data. Plus, officials will receive training to ensure smooth implementation.

So, get ready to embark on a learning journey like never before! With creativity, innovation, and a touch of sparkle, the new curriculum promises to transform education for the better.
