Nestlé Bangladesh PLC has officially launched its export operations to Sri Lanka.
The locally produced Nestlé CEREGROW—a nutritious milk and cereal-based food for children—will now be available in the Sri Lankan market, manufactured at the company's sole production facility in Sreepur, Gazipur.
The inauguration ceremony took place in Dhaka on Wednesday.
High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Bangladesh, Dharmapala Weerakkody attended the event.
The envoy praised the growing trade collaboration between the two countries. "This export initiative strengthens regional integration and contributes to the well-being of families across both nations," he noted.

Najith Meewanage, President of the Sri Lanka Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SLBCCI), who applauded the role of private sector partnerships in strengthening regional trade also attended the ceremony among others.
