National Bank Limited has been awarded with certificate of ‘Sustainability Rating Recognition 2020’ from Bangladesh Bank.
Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Fazle Kabir, handed over the certificate to Md Mehmood Husain, Managing Director & CEO of National Bank Limited in a ceremony, took place at the Head Office of Bangladesh Bank, Matijheel in the capital.
The central bank has given the recognition to National Bank Limited for it's contributions in some particular sectors which include Sustainable Finance, Green Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Core Banking Sustainability.
A K M Sajedur Rahman Khan and Abu Farah Md Nasser, Deputy Governors, Nurun Nahar, Executive Director and Khondokar Morshed Millat, Director, Bangladesh Bank were present at the program.
