National Basketball Association says that the suspension of the league will begin after Wednesday night’s game.
N.B.A suspends their league after a Utah Jazz player was found testing positive for coronavirus a few moments before the game at Oklahoma City. They said the suspension would begin on Thursday but they had to cancel the final slot game on Wednesday between Sacramento Kings and New Orleans Pelicans.
Utah Jazz did not name their infected player but people suspecting the center for the team, Rudy Gobert.
In a statement, Utah Jazz said that the unidentified player had been tested for the coronavirus after tests for influenza, sore throat and an upper respiratory infection came back negative.
Mark Cuban, the owner of Dallas Mavericks was shown on ESPN appearing shocked and dumbfounded between the Denver Nuggets and Dallas Mavericks game.
Cuban said, “This is crazy. This can’t be true,” Cuban said later during an interview with ESPN. He added, “This seems like more out of a movie than reality.”
