The committee tasked with this honour has meticulously chosen the recipients based on their exceptional contributions to the study and performance of Nazrul's works. Dr. Gulshan Ara Kazi and Anupam Hayat have been recognized for their outstanding research endeavors delving into the life and literary marvels of Nazrul.
In the realm of Nazrul Sangeet, Dalia Nausheen and Salauddin Ahmed have shone brightly, earning accolades for their remarkable interpretations and performances of Nazrul's musical compositions.

The Nazrul Medal-2024 will be formally presented to the recipients during the grand celebration of Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam's 124th birth anniversary. The event is scheduled to take place at the illustrious Kabi Sufia Kamal Auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum in Dhaka on the 2nd of June.
