Natore Sugar Mills (NSM) produced 9624.50 tonnes of sugar by crushing 1 lakh 69 thousand 203 tonnes of sugarcanes during the current crushing season, reports BSS.
Mills sources said one lakh ninety two thousand 490 sacks sugar have been produced in 126 working days. A total of Taka 26 crore of sugarcane farmers and three months’ salary of sugar mill officials and employees will be paid during the upcoming Ramadan season by selling sugar, mills sources said.
