Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina conducted the nationwide oath marking celebration of the ‘Mujib Year’ and ‘Golden Jubilee of Victory’ from the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad.
Echoing the voice of Sheikh Hasina, country’s people joined the ceremony virtually via social media, television and other means. This oath will encourage us to build our beloved motherland as Sonar Bangla and continue to move ahead las a prosperous and victorious nation in the world. We hope the oath will inspire young
generations to love their motherland,

of the people of
the country
Besides, as this solemn promise touches every Bangalis heart across country, it will start mobilising the whole nation to make Vision 2041 a reality and resist “anti-liberation forces” from assuming state power in future immediately. According to the Vision 2041, Bangladesh would earn the high-income status by the year 2041, ensuring a per capita income of 12,500 USD.
Under the leadership of Bangabandhu Bangladesh achieved independence through a long bloodstained liberation struggle against the exploitation and deprivation of the then Pakistani rulers. And now the Bengali nation has established its distinct identity before the world.
Bangladesh is now a ‘Role Model’ in every field of socio-economic development including agriculture, education, health, communication, information technology, industry, trade and commerce.
In this regard, all concerned must do their level best with honesty, devotion and sincerely to make our hard-earned independence meaningful. Last but not least, country’s people specially the young generation enriched with various skills and knowledge of science and technology should strive to turn Bangladesh into a developed and prosperous country.
