National Life Insurance CEO dies of Covid-19

National Life Insurance Company Ltd chief executive officer Jamal MA Naser has died of Covid-19.
He was member of Bangladesh Insurance Association executive committee.

Jamal MA Naser obtained his MSc in 1984 from the Department of Statistics, Dhaka University. He started his career as an actuarial assistant at Delta Life Insurance Company. Afterwards, he held important positions in various insurance companies.
He breathed his last at United Hospital Ltd in the capital on Sunday.

He got admitted to the hospital on June 12 after he had tested positive for coronavirus.
He served NLIC as chief executive officer for around eight years since 2012.
He joined the company as additional managing director in 2011.
