With the theme ‘Digital library is the pledge of the golden jubilee’, the National Library Day-2022 was observed in the country on Saturday (February 5).
Like different other parts of the country, the National Library Day was also observed in Kishoreganj.
To mark the day, District Public Library arranged the day programme on Saturday evening. A discussion meeting was held at the District Public Library Auditorium.

District Public Library Vice President Advocate Sheikh A.K.M Nurunnabi presided over the meeting.
It was addressed, among others, by District Public Library former General Secretary Advocate Nasir Uddin Faruqui, its General Secretary M.A Latif, Syed Ashraful Islam Poura Mohila College Principal Sharif Ahammed Sadi, Wali Newaz Khan College Vice-Principal Fazlur Rahman Dulal, District Public Library Members Advocate Abdur Rashid Bhuiyan, Advocate Lutfor Rashid
