M. Naseemul Hye FCS has been elected as President of Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) in its 109th Council Meeting held on 16 June 2025 for the remaining period of the 2022-2025 term of the Council.
Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of the Institute for the term 2013-2016. Before that, he was the Vice President of the Institute for the term 2010-2013 and he was also the Treasurer of the Institute for three terms in2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010.
M. Naseemul Hye FCS has been serving as Deputy Managing Director (Chief Compliance Officer) of Meghna Cement Mills PLC. Before this, he was the Senior Executive Director & Company Secretary of Basundhara Group.
The Council of the Institute, at the same meeting also elected Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan FCS as the Senior Vice President for the remaining period of the 2022-2025 term of the Council.
He is working as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Regulatory Officer (Acting) of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC.
