Young singer Sanjida Mahmud Nandita will perform in a live musical on the occasion of the upcoming death anniversary of late iconic film star Salman Shah. Accompanied by celebrated singer Agoon, she will appear on Nagorik TV on September 6 from 8pm to 10pm. It would be Nandita’s first ever live performance concentrating on Salman Shah.
Nandita said about performing in the show, “Though I haven’t had the opportunity of watching his performance that much, many of the songs from his popular movies touched my heart. Paying tribute to him on his death anniversary, I will try to perform those songs.”
On the other hand, Nandita is lending her vocal to a number of seven songs for the fourth season of ‘Kansuta’—a project by architect-filmmaker-singer Enamul Karim Nirjhar. Meanwhile, the recording of three songs has already been completed. All the songs are written and tuned by Nirjhar himself.
During last Eid-ul-Adha, Nandita spent busy time performing at different shows on Desh TV, Maasranga TV and Bangladesh Television.
