British Bangladeshi fashion designer Tanzia Tahsin Sinha has been awarded 'The Best Fashion Designer, UK' award for her work through her organization ‘Naika of London’.
Fashion designer Tanzia Tahsin Sinha awarded at a programme titled ‘Bangladeshi Fashion and Lifestyle Awards 2022’ organized by the British-Bangladesh Council held in London recently.
This British Bangladeshi fashion brand started its journey in 2018 with the initiative to showcase the heritage and craftsmanship of Bangladesh to the world.
It initially focused on silk and looms and later moved to maslin, Banarasi etc with traditional hand painting motifs and fabrics.
Besides, fashion designer Tanzia also introduced ‘Naika Band’ to various platforms at United Nations, Geneva. The local of many countries has shown high integers in the products of Naika that includes many celebrities.
Naika is also available in Dhaka in a private studio called Alna khelna which is located in Gulshan Dhaka. It also has an online presence where the products can be bought along with products of other brands.
