Nagad, the mobile financial service of the Bangladesh Post Office, has organized its 'Nagad Tycoons Meet' or 'Distributors Meet 2022'.
Distributors, regional managers, and market directors of Nagad from across the country participated in the event held at a city hotel recently under the slogan 'The Winner of Change'.
Some 164 distributors, regional managers and market directors throughout the country attended the day-long event.
Tanvir A. Mishuk, founder and managing director of Nagad, Rahel Ahmed, chief executive officer (CEO) of Nagad, executive directors, department heads and other high officials of the organization attended the event, said a press release.
Apart from conducting several workshops, distributors, regional managers and market directors from various regions were recognized with crests and awards for their
accomplishments based on goals or performances during the day-long event.
Addressing the distributors, regional managers and market directors, Tanvir A Mishuk, founder and managing director of Nagad stated, "Since its inception, Nagad has been the world's fastest-growing MFS, with over 6 crore valued customers with nearly Taka 1,000 crore average daily transactions. This has only been possible due to your collaboration and partnership."
Rahel Ahmed, CEO of Nagad said that the service of Nagad has extended throughout Bangladesh and the distributors are the driving force behind this. "Furthermore, by utilizing e-KYC and Nagad D-KYC, many people have been brought under financial inclusion through you."
Later, a cultural program was arranged.
