Md Oziullah Ozu, central committee member of Bangladesh National Awami Party (Bangladesh NAP) and the party’s Narayaganj district unit president, died from cardiac arrest on Thursday. He was 53. He left behind his wife, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
According to his family members and the party’s leaders, Md Oziullah Ozu felt chest pain in the afternoon. He was sent to hospital, but he died on the way to hospital. He was buried at Siddirganj in Narayanganj on Thursday night.
Bangladesh NAP’s chairman Jebel Rahman Ghaani and the party’s secretary general M Golam Mostafa Bhuiyan expressed deep shock at the death of Md Oziullah Ozu. They prayed for salvation of departed soul of the leader.
