Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB), for the first time, launched Commercial Space Finance on Tuesday at the Samson H. Chowdhury auditorium, MTB Tower in the cpaital.
Commercial Space Finance is a term loan product for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Customers can use the loan product to purchase commercial space for business expansion, construct commercial space, renovate and face upliftment of commercial space, and takeover of commercial space financing from other financial institutions.
