Senior Secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Division Abu Hena Md Rahmatul Muneem has been appointed as senior secretary of Internal Resources Division (IRD) and chairman of the National Board of Revenue (NBR) for a two-year period.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued an order in this regard today. Muneem will join the NBR on January 6 next.
Prior to joining the Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Muneem was the chairman of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation.
