A senior official of the planning commission told Bangladesh Post that the education ministry has sent the proposal to the planning commission for approval. The Project Evaluation Committee (PEC) is now scrutinising it.

After that, it will be placed before the executive committee of the national economic council (ECNEC) for approval.
