For the first time poet Raju Alim is directing a film titled ‘Bhalobashar Rajkonna’ which is being produced by Impress Telefilm Ltd. The story, screenplay and dialogues have been written by Arun Chowdhury. The main roles in the romantic film have been played by prominent small screen actors Moushumi Hamid, Shipon Mitra, Abid Rehan, Farzana Chumki, Kazi Raju, Mili Bashar and others.

The film’s storyline will showcase the lead female being played by Moushumi Hamid doesn’t want to stay alive much longer because she has suffered a lot of pain and misery from her rich mother. Her mother is quite rich and intelligent and is at the helm of an established business. Her husband has died off way before. Meanwhile, a young teacher, at the university where Moushumi studies, has fallen in love with her, forgetting the uncrossable boundary of a teacher-student relationship. This doesn’t bode well with Moushumi’s mother because of which Moushumi goes to Nepal to jump off a cliff and commit suicide.

On the other hand, Shipon is another young man who has gone to Nepal as a tourist finds Moushumi in that state and saves her. And thus the story of the film continues.

As this is Raju Alim’s first film he says, “This is the first film I made. I tried making something good that is why the story of the film might seem a bit different from the mainstream. The story of the film will show love and how frustration builds up in the life of a young woman because of love. Some parts of the shooting have been completed in Nepal because of the script’s demand.”

The film will be aired on Eid-ul-Adha at 2:30pm on Channel-i.
