A motorcyclist was killed when a truck ran over him at Patkelghata Kapasdanga area under Satkhira-Khulna highway in Satkhira on Monday. The deceased was identified as Samsur Rahman Sana, 40, son of Shahidullah Sana hailed from Sreeula village under Ashashuni upazila of the district.
He is also the ADC manager of Dutch Bangla Fast Track of Patkelghata. According to eyewitnesses, Samsur Rahman Sana headed to his house after left the office. On the way, he slipped at the aforesaid area and a speeding truck ran over him. He died on the spot. Police couldn't seize the truck. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Patkelghata Police Station confirmed the matter.
