Motorcyclist killed in Nabinagar road crash

Nabinagar-Kompaniganj road of Brahmanbaria Nabinagar upazila road accident in Ibrahimpur area. A motorcycle driver named Tamim (18) was killed and a passenger named Kazi Israk was injured.

At the funeral, Tamim was riding a motorcycle from Zafarpur village of Ibrahimpur union to the bamboo market around 9:30 am on Saturday. At that time, when he came in front of Ibrahimpur Chowdhury Villa on the Nabinagar-Kompaniganj road, he suddenly lost control of the motorcycle. 

The motorcycle driver Tamim and passenger Kazi Israk were brought to the Nabinagar Upazila Health Complex with serious injuries, where the on-duty doctor declared Tamim dead.

The deceased Tamim is the son of Khairul Mia of Maheshpur village of Bitghar union of that upazila. 

Tamim was employed in a dairy farm in Zafarpur village.

Nabinagar police station officer in charge (OC) Aminur Rashid confirmed the truth of the incident and said that the police recovered the body. 

As there was no complaint, the body was handed over to the family around noon without post-mortem, following a written request by the family.
