A month-long book fair named 'Mujib Barsho Ekushey Boimela' is going to begin on the premises of Government Public Library at Boyra in Khulna tomorrow (Sunday). MP from Khulna-2 constituency Sheikh Salah Uddin Jewel is scheduled to inaugurate the month-long book fair. Mayor of Khulna City Corporation Talukder Abdul Khaleque will be present as the chief guest on the occasion.
The district administration is arranging the book fair. The Khulna district administration arranged the book fair also last year. Over 8,000 books worth about Tk 1.5 crore were sold in that fair.
