Momotaz Parvin has claimed to be suffering a lot with her family in her own house for a long time being harassed by relatives although there is a stay order by the court.
She wishes to escape from this condition. She received only 5pc of land from her father. Her father made the deed and registered it to her name. She started to live there in thr house of 2 rooms and one bathroom with her children on that land.
On 21 April 2022 at night her near relatives Jearat Halder and Momrez Halder of Nowaeltala village of Bhandercoat Union under Batiaghata upazila of Khulna district and with their gang said they want to uplift them from the room and tried to construct a road over the room.
After that incident she has not living at the hous. She is living with her sister in a horror condition. Momotaz Parvin said to the correspondent that a gang of Ziarat Halder including some miscreants like Kursia Begam, Munzila Begam, Ismail Halder are doing this.
She said her rival Ziarat Halder is now working as a Secretary of Bezerdanga Union Parishad of Fultala Upazila under Khulna district.He always try to use his power against the Momotaz Parvin as her husband died .
In the current year, on 21 April her house has been in risk her house and beaten her sister who is living in this house at this time. The group of Ziarat Halder threw chair and utensils out of the room.
Momotaz filed a GD at Batiaghata but the police did not take any action. Local leader, police and respected personals tried to solve the problem . But have not solved the problem.
She said, her sister has no land and her husband died. So she is now living in this house without any light and fan although there is electricity. The gang of Ziarat Hossain have threatened them in the house. Shee can not build any furniture there as there is a case on the court and the court made an injunction on this land due to a case filled.
In last 23 july of 2022 , she applied a written application to DIG Khulna Range .By this time the Assistant Police Super of Dacope Circle talked with the different two groups.
Now, she wants the torture to stop and protect the valuable goods till the judgment.
